JNF Law LLC (“us, “we,” or “our”) is a law firm based in Portland, Oregon. Through the Site we provide you with access to our website content, materials, and other helpful resources (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy sets forth our policies with respect to information that is collected from you when you use the Services. Attorney-client information

You should not submit information through the Site that you seek to have protected by the attorney-client privilege. If you are unsure if information might be considered privileged, do not submit it.

Collected Information

For example, if you choose to submit information to us through our Contact page and click on the “Book as Consultation” link, you will be redirected to this page (https://calendly.com/jnflaw/30min?month=2022-01) which uses software by Calendly, a third party company. To the extent required to do so, we may disclose your personal data to comply with any court order, applicable law, or other legal process.

GDPR

This Site only is meant to be used by users in the United States. If you are located in the European Union, you may have certain additional legal protections under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). You may be entitled to request access to the limited information we may have about you and how we process it. User Age

If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
